01. The order
If your order is placed before 5pm and you are based in the Walsall area, you will receive your items the same day before 7.30pm.
If your order is placed after 5pm and you are based in the Walsall area, you will receive your order the next day before 7.30pm.
If you are based anywhere else in the UK your item will be shipped the next morning by standard delivery, this would assume 2-5 days depending on your location and carrier.
02. Shipment
How much is shipping?
If you are based in Walsall then your shipping is free.
If you are based outside of Walsall then shipping is charged at a flat rate of £1 per item, this is added on at checkout.
Free Shipping on all UK Orders over £15.
03. The Cart & Checkout
Why can i still see a shipping fee when I live in Walsall?
This could be because of 1 of 3 reasons…
- Your postcode is not within the 3000+ Walsall post codes we offer free same day shipping to. If you feel your postcode should be included please send an email or give us a call and we may add it to the list….it’s worth a try, the chances are we missed it in our research.
- You have not yet filled in your shipping address, if you have not done this our system doesn’t know your location, once you have added your Walsall postcode, the shipping fee should disappear. If not and you are still seeing the shipping fee, please click update cart.
- You have not added a space between your postcode, format should look something like this WS1 2AB …. NOT like this WS12AB
